UAE is the fastest growing country in the PwC Middle East region. Currently employing around 500 individuals in offices in Dubai (3), Abu Dhabi and Sharjah we have ambitions to double our headcount over the next 4 years. To achieve this we are recruiting experienced Audit Manager for our offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi and reporting to the Audit Partners in the relevant offices, the successful candidates will be closely involved in the management of key account relationships, the development of the practice area and leading & providing professional development and guidance for a team. They will be expected to be capable of running several external audit engagements and supervising staff members. Management responsibilities include annual risk assessments, audit plans, individual and group planning, review and analyses of financial and operational information, testing business processes, and the issuance and presentation of management reports. The incumbent will be expected utilize state of the art tools and practice methodologies. The successful candidates will be expected to: identify target clients, work closely with PwC senior management to build the business and sell External Audit Services, generate and track leads, lead and participate in key presentations, build and develop an exceptional External Audit Service team in order to grow the business.

Applications will be welcomed from degree qualified individuals with a minimum of 6 yrs of external audit experience & more than 1 year in a management role in a Big 4 practice



Education Requirement:

CA / CPA / ACCA certification is required



Job Requirement Essential:

Applicants should be enthusiastic, motivated professionals who desire to develop and maintain strong client and team relationships. Applicants should be comfortable making oral presentations in front of clients and PwC partners/managers/staff. The successful candidate must be a self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity and positive approach and should be able to work independently. Prior Big 4 experience desired and you must be available to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.



Job Requirement Desirable:

Arabic language skills are highly prized.
